What to Expect in Your First Energy Healing Session with Energetic Reprogramming

People come to this work from many different starting points. Some have spent years in therapy or personal development. Others are just beginning to sense that something deeper is possible. Some feel things profoundly but do not yet have language for it. What matters is not where you are starting from. What matters is that you are willing to change.
If you feel ready, that is enough. This work meets you exactly where you are.
Here is exactly what your first session looks like, from beginning to end.
Before the session
The one thing that will make your session more precise: come with a sense of the topic you want to address and how you want to feel once it is resolved. How would your life feel if this pattern were no longer there?
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. A comfortable chair, a cup of tea, a few minutes of stillness before we begin. If you prefer to lie down during the session, that is fine too, make yourself comfortable. We work together on Zoom, so a visible face, working camera and good internet connection are all you need on the technical side. That is all.
The session, moment by moment
A full session is 60 minutes. Here is what that time holds.
0 – 10 min Arrival and understanding
We begin by settling into the space together. I will ask what you would like to address in the session. I will ask specific questions that would help us crystallise the issue. Then I will do a quick energetic scan to look at what your energy is saying about this particular issue, or whether another topic is asking for attention. If something else needs to be addressed first, I will let you know and we proceed only with your approval.
We then evaluate the issue together: how strongly does your body respond to it, using a scale from 0 to 10 or 0 to 100%. This becomes our baseline, something concrete and felt, not just thought, that we will return to at the end of the session.
10 – 15 min Setting the intention
We set the intention for the session: how you want to feel in relation to this topic once the work is complete. This sets the direction for the session. It also signals to the subconscious where we are going, which matters more than it might seem.
15 – 50 min The core work
This is where the Energetic Reprogramming Method™ moves into practice. Using muscle testing and a structured approach developed over years of practice, I identify which subconscious patterns are active and ready to be released.
You do not need to do anything except stay present and notice what arises. Throughout the work, I will provide you with information from what is coming from your subconscious mind and in certain situations ask you to say affirmations, either out loud or silently. Affirmations here serve two purposes: they act as energy accelerators and as precise indicators of where energy is blocked. When an affirmation flows easily, the path is clear. When there is inner friction to say it, we will look at what is blocking it and release the block.
During the release work, you may notice physical sensations: a yawn, energy moving through the body, warmth, or a feeling that something is shifting inside.
Each time a limiting program, automated role, limiting belief or block to positive expression is identified, I ask your permission before releasing it. I will not proceed without it. If you are curious about what is being found, I can share more: when the pattern formed, how old you were, what it is connected to. I offer this often.
50 – 55 min Energy balancing
As we approach the close, I do energy balancing and harmonising work. This supports smoother integration into your body, as it will need to adapt to energetic changes. Processing and integration typically last from one day to several days.
55 – 60 min Closing and re-evaluation
If you would like specific guidance on what you can do on your own to support the integration, this is the moment I share that with you.
After the session
After a session, drink water, rest if you feel drawn to it, or simply return to your usual rhythm, whether that’s working, moving your body, or spending time as you normally would.
Some people feel sleepy or emotionally sensitive during integration, while others feel clear or energised. Both are natural responses to real inner change, and they pass.
In the days that follow, pay attention to how familiar situations feel different. The quality of your sleep. The way certain thoughts no longer carry the charge they did. These quiet shifts are the evidence of what happened in the session, moving into your daily life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to talk through everything that happened?
No, and in fact the best results come when there is less talking and more releasing. You do not need to narrate, explain, or re-live anything. The method works at the level of energy and the subconscious. What it needs from you is presence, not a detailed account. You will be invited to share what you notice, but nothing more than feels right.
What if I am sceptical?
Openness is what matters, not belief. If you want change and are willing to try something that works at a different level, this work can meet you there. I am not here to persuade anyone or prove anything. I am here to work with those who are ready for inner transformation. Scepticism and openness can coexist. The willingness to do the inner work is enough.
Will I know if something has shifted?
Most people feel a change in their energy during the session itself. One of the clearest signs appears in the affirmations: at the beginning, some feel almost impossible to say. By the end of the session, the same words come effortlessly. The energy that was held inside begins to feel different. The re-evaluation at the close gives you a concrete before and after. Many clients find themselves surprised by how much lighter they feel in relation to something that had felt completely fixed.
How will I feel during the session?
Most people feel calm and present throughout. Some notice a pleasant sense of depth or spaciousness as patterns release. Others feel simply quiet. Some find themselves becoming very thoughtful, seeing something they had not been able to see clearly for years. The session is designed to work with your nervous system, not against it. You are always in control.
How many sessions will I need?
Every session brings real and tangible shifts. Some people come for a single concern and find that one session is enough. Others choose ongoing work as part of a conscious commitment to inner growth. There is no fixed answer. What I can say is that each session stands on its own and produces something real, regardless of whether you continue.
